“I am not a dreamer. I am a realist, Teddy.”

In its willingness to grapple with the ugly nuances of revolution, The Wind That Shakes The Barley proves itself an intelligent and undeniably powerful film.

Very good flick, sad ending and the red coats are still there ratio learn from the Americans next time

IRA and its conflicts with the British and among themselves as well..
Scenes that can make a grown man cry.
Didn’t expect Liam Cunningham and other great actors.

Calmer than anticipated but good watch

Young Cillian Murphy is already compelling and impressive! Didn’t get a he wow effect but it’s well done and the acting is great!
