this movie was my childhood. i LOVED waterhorse and wanted to have my own!!!!!!

This movie is so beautiful. It does make me so nervous and so emotional…but it’s so cute 😭💗💗💗

Though it does occasionally stumble into predictable territory, The Water Horse succeeds because it relies on story as much as spectacle.

fuck churchill proper ruined the fantasticalness with his yapping but i loved this adaptation of the monster as i’ve not seen many of it.

Nessie meets E.T. in this gentle, magical tale. 🐉🌊 Heartfelt, beautifully shot, and perfect for kids who love fantasy. A slow burn, but full of wonder.
