Unfortunate natural disaster. It wasn’t particularly graphic if that’s a concern for the squeamish out there but damn I’m not going near a volcano any time soon…

Super cool natural disaster documentary. Enjoyed this. Really decent, close up footage of the event, which really does show the awesome yet terrifying reality of what they experienced.

Unfortunate that 22 people lost their lives bcuz someone wanted to make money off an active volcano….

Definitely reminded me of how brutal nature can be and a warning to always know what you’re signing up for.

they really fooled destiny, the vulcano and landscape around were breathtaking but the cost of seeing them…

More tragic than I thought it’d be. The people going there weren’t stupid, they were uninformed. Terrible tragedy

What a horrifying experience for these survivors and for the rescue personnel. What a force of nature that volcano is.

I cried so much

A powerful telling of a natural disaster and the ensuing mass casualty event, including heroic rescue efforts. Remarkable footage used as tastefully used as possible. Missing discussion about the scientific monitoring and responsibility of touring the island.

Interesting enough to hear about the ppl that experienced this but I felt like it didn’t exactly warrant a whole documentary. Tragic situation, but as far as what happened there really wasn’t much to dive into, just that it happened and was awful

This would've been a lot better if they actually showed the people speaking instead of just constantly showing visuals of water and ash... it would've been nice to actually put a face to who was speaking. 🤦🏼‍♀️
