This was a very good cute movie with a ridiculous premise. BUT it worked because it knew it was ridiculous and leaned into the absurd-ness. At its heart, this movie is a comedy about real friendship and accepting that you deserve genuine connections in your life. NOT a rom-com

A lovely light movie and I won't deny that some of the lines were very stupid but I laughed out loud. I love the friendship that develops between the two main characters. Also: Isabel is a biiitch.
