Yeah, honestly a pretty good movie. Definitely not as good as John Carpenter's adaptation of the story, but still a pretty enjoyable watch.

Thank you Carpenter for making such a better version of this

Honestly my favorite part is the last scene where they’re warning everybody to “watch the skies”

It's good, and I was very intrigued by the original that inspired the remake. However, when you have a masterpiece like Carpenter's remake out there, this will fall into obscurity.

A solid film overall. If you like The Thing and are curious what its predecessor film was like, give it a watch, but be aware horror in the 50s was much different.

Good movie for being made in the 50s. And the special effects was pretty cool for being 72 years old.

Good film but the John Carpenter remake is superior.
