Enjoyable viewing experience. I loved the animation and found the story and the characters to be endearing. Even the history behind the movie is fascinating.

( I watched the Recobbled cut btw)

There time I could see how there was parts of character development was missing but at the same time I feel like that’s what make this story so likable and fascinating to see.

It's sad that one person's obssesion dragged so many people along, viewers included. Music and story were so boring that I found it unbearable to watch. Although the animation is very detailed, doesn't mean it's the best. It SHOULD contribute, not be the center of it.

This movie was so trippy in the best way. you can tell how much fun the animators had with this and it's honestly insane how much time I imagine was put into all the perspective shots, especially the chasing scene with the thief and the cobbler. honestly couldn't look away :)))))

Weird haha. But my wife grew up watching this so we watched it together.

Fun little animation. Not super trippy as I thought but I did enjoy the inclusion of the raw drawings. 6/10

(Obviously I’m talking about the Recobbled Cut not the Miramax cut here) I really liked this movie. The Cobbler is so cute and I love this animation style. I think lots of the animation design is really unique. If you are gonna watch it, watch the Recobbled version.

I watched the Recobbled version on Youtube, and while fairly long and excessively animated, it’s a charming little movie. Sadly, I wasn’t a fan of the thief, so his parts grew stale after awhile.
