I watched this half asleep on someone’s floor idk where but it was so scary and cold I just woke up to heads getting sawed off that was a core memory

ummmmmm it was definitely a movie

A absolute classic a must watch for everyone great for it’s time along with a low budget it holds up incredibly well and overall a classic

Was this a joke. I really wanted to like this. I love a lot of classics. And even when I don’t love them, I can appreciate them for what they’ve done for film. But god this was bad.

Horrible acting. Awful pacing. The chase scenes went on forever with nothing different happening in each shot. Everything is so implausible and laughable.

But damn if Marilyn Burns didn’t give it her all. They said scream and she screamed.

Early on, the girl with the green purse is iconic. Jerry, Sally, Franklin, Pam, and Kirk give Scooby-Doo van energy. Franklin…sister…idk, love. 35:47–36:21 is goated. Teeth are wild. Hooper’s cuts carry it. Logic collapses when escape feels within reach.

So boomers were just as stupid and whiny
