The Talented Mr. Ripley

The only reason why I don’t LOVE this movie is because of how uncomfortable it made me. Matt Damon does good with his split personalities and it makes for a gripping watch. This movie is tough to watch but pretty good ngl!

Mr. Ridley is basically me

I liked it, but it gave me so much anxiety that still to this days I have difficulties to watch Matt Damon in movies or interviews.
That’s a good thing because it means that his interpretation was GOLD.
So good job Matt, I couldn’t sleep for a week but it was worth it.

Rip Peter. He didnt deserve that

this ripley adaptation is still the most interesting one out of all of them (not based on book accuracy since i haven’t read them). great performance by matt damon. you somehow still root for the antagonist. sad and intriguing story. beautiful mediterranean italy.

This film has a great plot however the ending was not what i expected i think the PI and the police did not get enough attention and they didn’t investigate enough. Overall i’d give it 5.5/10
P.s there was some underwhelming scenes that I find it very uncomfortable to watch
