I love movies where Orson Welles plays the villain. It’s not his greatest work, but it has that classic noir and suspenseful feel, both in its storytelling and visually. The performances are solid, although some of them are a bit over-the-top at times. 😅

You know the villain has to pay for the crimes he committed, but at the same time, part of you wants him to make it out alive. The ending was “good,” but I think it would have been more effective if it had ended on a more dramatic note instead of feeling like a celebration.
