i hate all the men in this movie

There is only like one scene with a squid and a whale, and they aren’t even underwater, which was very disappointing, still good though

It was a little hard to like but the end was gorgeous. This is the most @nevbear movie ever.

What the fuck is wrong with that little kid. What the fuck is wrong with that entire family. Bleaching my eyes out.

I didn’t feel bad for a single member of the family

This was so weird lmao. I did like it…for some reason but the family sucks. Mostly the men. Mostly the father. But the children too. Honestly don’t know if I’d recommend it or not…I guess you’d have to watch it. I did just because of Jesse :b

The characters are so undeservedly pretentious. Hilarious intellectual, sexual and judgmental opinions. Low key funny.

It finished and I was so sad because I didn’t want to leave the world I had so quickly become invested in. One of my favorite movies.

Good God, the dialogue was weird and boring. Story started off intriguing, but then became dull quick.

there were a few weird scenes but overall very good!!

fueled my misandry in some very pointed ways. The mother, while making some poor decisions, was the only sane person in the family like wtf. Ivan seemed to be good to the boys. I was relieved to see that Walt came around in his own way and time.

wtf was everyone’s problem?!? they all made the worst choices and were assholes the entire time, everything that came out of each of their mouths had me flabbergasted, acting like the world revolves around them & like their actions don’t have consequences 😭

idk how a movie with such unlikable characters and a somewhat upsetting subject matter could make me feel warm inside. perhaps it's the cinematography, music, or acting. or perhaps i'm just not well up there

The whole family are assholes in this movie, but I was intrigued, and then it got worse. How it all wrapped up was going to determine whether I'd lean positive or negative, and it's unfortunate it's going to be a no for me.
