I don't know if I was stupid if I didn't watch this movie till now or if I am stupid that I watched it now, because I was teary eyed and felt a lump in my throat throughout the movie. Some scenes are just too heartfelt.

A couple in love with rare gene have a girl who’s down with a rare disease and put everything they have in life to save the girl
When cancer returns, the couple are faced with fears again 😆
