one of the worst and most offensive displays of a transgender woman (and character in general) i have ever seen in my life. its not even that good of a movie anyway. yall need to get on some other shit because this is just not it

This movie is literally one of the best psychological thrillers I’ve ever seen. Anthony Hopkins absolutely kills it as Hannibal Lecter. There were multiple times where I was on the edge of my seat with anticipation and anxiety. The pacing also just flowed so well. I loved this

hmm, i dont know. several scenes made me very uncomfortable, and bills character alltogether. if it werent for these id probably think this movie was incredible, but there are very transphobic stereotypes which left a bad taste in my mouth.

Verkligen definitionen av en mid budget film som verkligen överklassar high budget filmer med hjälp av bra story och skådespel istället för att förlita sig på storartade marvel scener. Filmen ifrågasätter sexismen och sexualiseringen mot kvinnor i arbetsrollen på ett vågat sätt.

One of my favorite movies of all time, they just don’t / can’t do it like this anymore.

Not once during this movie was I not enthralled with it. Everything about this film is phenomenal, watch it. 10/10

Pretty good psychological thriller, not cheap horror, somewhat disturbing, loved to see Clarice owning it. Only thing is how they chose to portray Bill, unintentionally harmed the reputation of trans people maybe, but still fed into the negative stereotype which does not help

9.6 - an almost timeless classic. Absolutely captivating every time. Perfect acting performances, masterful direction, writing, & editing, creating end to end tension. Further proof that a well crafted psych/crime thriller is scarier than most horror movies 10/10 times.

boring imo

The Silence of the Lambs is the stuff that nightmares are made of. It is, in a sense, a horror movie, but one that deserves comparison with such great works of psychological terror as The Shining, Psycho and Rosemary's Baby.

This is incredible. I’ve never seen a movie that peaks in so many different categories. Anthony Hopkins is brilliant as Dr. Lecter, as well as Claris. I’ve never seen a character so accurately inspired by Ed Gein. There were so many twists and turns. Absolutely incredible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

absolutely terrifying in the worst way

Oooo… Anthony Hopkins as a psychopath is wild. I loved the beginning, pulls you in and is so creepy interesting. I love a good thriller that gets your heart rate rising. The only reason I didn’t love the entire movie is the ending felt less intellectual than the rest of the film
