The Scarlet Empress
Rating: 2/10
This movie could have been half the running time and you wouldn’t miss anything. Long drawn out scenes and montages and overall boring plot. If they focused on her being promiscuous or her taking over as empress it would have been better. Instead we get half of both plot points and nothing really happens.
