A bit different from other films in this genre which was interesting to see story wise. Overall it could have been more scary.

I wouldn’t say this is amazing, but, it’s also not awful. I did really like Hopkins in this though. Very well played.

It was good. The pacing held up, visuals were sharp, and the performances felt authentic. Some scenes dragged, but overall, it left a strong impression.

It wasn’t horrible by any means but it was too slow paced and not all that eventful. Hopkins as a demon was perfection though.

Meh.

Scary

With a simple and uninnovative story, the film manages to draw the spectator in and perturb them through the experiences of the young seminarian.

a very predictable story, dragging along in a dull and agonizing way, told with zero visual imagination.

Based on reviews I didnt really think this movie would be good, but it's actually really good. There isnt many jumpscares but I did almost crap my pants a few times.

I watched this movie in grade 12 religion class! It was very interesting and I would definitely recommend, I’m not a big horror fan but this movie wasn’t that scary (just a few jump scares here and there)

that was so good! it was a bit slow but it was soo worth it
