The Platform 2

I enjoyed the first movie, but I felt more and more confused as I was watching this second one, which I’m assuming is intended to be a prequel? I kept waiting for the film to provide some sort of explanation or big “aha” twist for everything that happened… and just ended up disappointed.

After looking up explanations of the ending on different movie reviews, everyone else just seemed to be equally as confused and frustrated. While some offered their own interpretations, none of those really made sense in terms of everything that occured in the film, especially within the end credits. Yowza.

didn’t make any sense, especially the very very end. every part made me question it more. like the old guy coming back, the black rope dude. and what was the girl to the man from the first movie. i’m lowkey disappointed:(

I really liked the first movie as it was different and intriguing. I was looking forward to this film as soon as I heard it was coming but I’m massively disappointed. It’s so incredibly boring it’s unreal. Every scene felt really dragged out with not much happening. Don’t watch.

thought it would explain some of the storyline for the first movie. considering it is a prequel. just left me with more questions. in my opinion it was more boring than the first one. like the original had a pretty unsatisfying ending

the movie is good, but it goes in too many different directions and feels like it doesn't really explain everything and end the main questions
