So it's like A Christmas Carol or It's a Wonderful Life but in the form of a dark ghost story. This is the first time I've cared for a character, "Sister Edit," in a silent horror film, and it's also my favorite in that genre. That ending is funny, though, the translation for end in Swedish is Slut haha.

The ghostly part is pretty cool but this was kinda boring

Great score with some great characters. Just feel bad for the person that does right before Dave.

BORING

This film was extremely ahead of it’s time. Victor Sjöström was very innovative with the ending styles to get the FX for the film in 1921, as well as doing a thriller story before they were popularized. They focused way more on the story than the fantasy aspect and I LOVED it!
