The Passion of the Christ

While the scenes we are witnessing are graphic and difficult to watch, there’s no denying the immersive experience that Passion brought to the screen. It’s as valid and visceral as any biblical story that’s ever been captured on film.

For all of what the Bible has said, and all of the other messages this film could’ve conveyed… Nothing compares to this. The sheer brutality and gruesome nature are needed to show what Jesus went through for us. Most important movie i’ll ever watch.

Definitely the most reverent biblical picture. It’s easy to forget what happened to Him.
