This was a really good movie. That ending is something I really didn’t expect at all. It’s a real shame it’s not streaming anywhere.

A great movie with great plot twists. A bit predictable but good nonetheless.

An amazing performance from the entire cast but Kidman remains on top. And there are some scary moments.

It is a bit long in the beginning however and some questions are sort of left unanswered.

Quite incredible if you ask me. A really wonderful combination of intriguing story and very scary moments. It’s a great cast that pulls you into this time period and setting and makes you feel like you’re a part of it.

I found this film to be so riveting and mysterious that even when I thought I had cracked it, I remained glued to the screen. Then only to find out I hadn’t even scratched the surface.

Nicole Kidman really reminds us here why she has the level of fame that she does. Her performance is so moving and affecting with costuming so jaw dropping, you can’t look away.

Overall a really fantastic film that I so wish I could see again for the first time.

I was in an awful awful mood so I probably need to rewatch this sometime. I just feel like the twist is way too predictable. i remember liking this movie more as a kid and being really scared! maybe I'm not whimsical enough
