The One
Sci-fi movies from the early 2000’s are so obscure. The birth of cgi, a large amount of karate/tai-chi, and too much slow-mo made for such a strange time period in movies. Yet, this had creative action scenes and was enjoyable.

6/10 I thought it was pretty decent, the martial arts are incredible and the ending is so sweet.

The songs are so random, but they're straight bangers, so you can't not like them lol. Jet Li's martial arts are always great to see but are kind of wasted here. I feel like a silly action movie suits Statham as the lead better.

Jet Li brings the moves, and the premise is cool enough to carry it. Not perfect, but a solid “what if Neo had a twin” ride.

Honestly a guilty pleasure. Is it good no but there is some fun to be had with how absurd it is. Definitely was trying to cash in on that matrix trend. Jet li is always fun even in bad movies.
