this wasn’t bad but it definitely didn’t beat the first one at all the cliffhanger tho definitely means another movie. The family aspect from the first one was definitely missed still love Nicky and Joe my favorite old gay couple

I was so excited for this sequel because I loved the first one so much, but this one was both very shocking and lacking for me. I think the elements and characters added were interesting, but I think the pacing and character interactions were throwing me off. The cliffhanger ending was a surprise, but it makes sense with the shorter runtime, so I'm hoping this means we are definitely getting a third one.

i liked this mostly because i love the characters & the lore. plot-wise there is too much going on & it takes away from the overall impact of the film. some parts were weird or unnecessary & should have been cut for cohesiveness. but given that cliffhanger i’ll watch part 3

The Old Guard shoehorns in a legend about Nile stripping immortality and it’s a mess. Who wrote it if immortals are secret? Hurt someone & they might give it up by willing it in a short window? No logic. Rich lore treated cheap—just to revive one, drop another, and move the plot.

5/10 the story progresses so slow. It’s gonna take 5 films to finish it. But I like the concept and the action is good
