It's no secret I am a bit of a choreography nut. This is a martial arts film but what I feel is different about this one is it feels like a horror film the way it's framed. Great fights with truly horrific deaths and imagery. What the mortal Kombat movies should be.

At its core this is an Indonesian take on the Americanized ‘Jason Statham’ archetype and honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way. Has a level of brutality I’m not used to seeing in a feature film, violence so believable that it resembled a snuff film more than an action movie, and yet even after 30 straight minutes of uncensored insanity at a time it’s hard to overlook the cinematic excellence of what has been achieved. Might be an odd take but it’s refreshing to see violence this believable, it really is an accomplishment from the actors to the choreography to the stunts everything here is old Jackie Chan level of excellence. My review doesn’t reflect the story, the character development, or any narrative elements, I was admittedly only here to see action and by god that is what you’re getting here. 4.5/5

The story isn’t the anything new but it’s interesting enough. As bloody and gnarly as i would like. The camera is always moving but not in a way that obscures but rather elevates.

One of the not as good as 'Nobody' or 'Shadow Strays' that got me feeling a little bit disappointed at some of the choices Timo Tjahjanto made in this one.

P.S: I get it, but why won’t they die!?

Very gruesome with very choreographed fight scenes but not much else.

Story sounds good on paper, it’s not good.

Great movie!

I swear, with all these action movies that come out and have poor fight choreography and cutaway scenes, it makes movies like this 10 times better, and I want more! I wish it wasn't bound to Netflix cause I'd like to get a physical copy.

dope movie packed with top notch fighting sequences all throughout the entire film. great watch for any lover of action movies.

Pretty good action flick, could have had better character development

it's a dislike but the action sequences are very beautiful and cathartic. plot and meaning are complitely Absent.

Not great but not the worst in the world. Didn’t live up to potential

It had like 8 firing squad moments, it was overkill.

B-rated action movie that had a ton of promise, but it just fell short. A lot of great actors but the acting was not there either
