life in war where parents intentionally lose their child in France, then looking for them after war has finished.

maybe the story is just an imagination, but the woman’s love for the child to raise and protect throughout life’s difficulties was and is a real thing.

“the heartless have a heart too” it was so emotional. It is worth watching.

This movie is beyond beautiful! The story gets pretty hard sometimes but it’s necessary.An incredible clash between poesy and the harsh reality of the situation. The voice acting and the animation are gorgeous. A special appreciation for A.Desplat’s music which is great as always
