Holy shit so slow. Movie isn’t even over yet and I swear I’ve watched about 80 minutes and seen 2 minutes of action. I normally love A24 movies so I’m VERY disappointed. 3.3/10

I’m not gonna like this because I don’t like it enough it’s kinda confusing and I don’t get how they didn’t get out of there like I would have left my car and drove the tow truck car or the ambulance I ain’t waiting for nobody but I mean it was good that the little girl killed it

pretty bad. some of the worst acting and line delivery i’ve seen in a while with writing bad enough to match. the actual monster might be one of the laziest creature designs ive ever seen. boring and not worth your time

Mother is annoying

Probably one of the most underrated horror movies of all time. It’s shockingly emotional, and every single watch has made me cry. I can’t recommend this one enough. It’s an amazing combination of by-the-book creature feature and family drama

most mediocre horror movie i’ve ever seen - incredibly predictable that the mom would sacrifice herself and i found the little girl annoying - i did like style of it and thought the monster itself was cool

The only thing I didn’t like was the monster (how it looks) and the sounds that they did, literally sounded like a pig squealing wth. The ending sucks ass

7.4 - seemingly a hot take but I liked this. Simple & straightforward, & the metaphor is a little heavy handed but it’s still effective. Both leads give moving, layered performances. There’s some awesome creature moments. Not racing back to it but I stayed engaged through.

Its your average man vs creature film with some interesting character building but thats rlly about it.
