The Mask of Zorro Reviews

Why arent there more movies like this? Pinnacle of cinema. Not a perfect movie overall, however it is a perfect revengture movie.

Great script, wonderfully choreography and sword fights, great use of comedy, attractive love interest, some emotional pull, what else can you want?

Great action. Great romance. Antonio Banderas is perfect, and his chemistry with Catherine Zeta-Jones nearly melts the screen.👍🏻👍🏻

gato con botass

Archetype adventure and solo hero movie. They reuse some elements but highly entertaining. Three leads ooze charisma. Mexican pride!

just like I remember

Looks great on 4k Blu-ray. Hadn’t seen in 20 years. Better than I remembered. Great action.

muito bom

the choreography, costumes, and set design are phenomenal. everything is grand and vibrant. not perfect but for the most part they all come together well and make every scene feel immersive and pop

A staple in my childhood movie collection. It’s not a perfect film, but the casting and set design are what really makes this film special. It balances action, romance, and comedy well. Its runtime was lengthy, but that’s usually included in a classic adventure epic.

6.5

9.4/10 one of the best action movies of all time with a great love story plot. This movie always takes me back to my childhood

Never get tired of watching mi Elena de la Vega over and over again!

Antonio Bandires amazing job!! Sir Anthony Hopkins

A fun movie with a great cast

Watched it for Antonio Banderas, I'm not disappointed

9/10 great in so many aspects. They don't make films like they used to

Infectiously enjoyable tale w/ timeless sense of adventure & wide-scope plot of political intrigue & family drama. Delightful action w/ great set pieces & choreography. Hopkins brings gravitas, Banderas lively charm, and Zeta Jones is quite the stunner. Any nitpicks are minor.

Childhood hero lol

Classic adventure movie. Fun, romantic, swashbuckling.

Antonio Banderas and Catherine Zeta-Jones at their best! It’s a fun movie - I got it confused with another Zorro one..

A fun, old-school swashbuckler with charismatic leads and flair. Banderas and Hopkins have great chemistry, and the sword fights deliver. It’s pulpy and over-the-top, but in the best way.
