♾️/10 GAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! SOOOOOOO GOOD. DID THE BOOK HUGE JUSTICE. LILI DID AMAZING AS OLIVE. TOM DID AMAZING AS ADAM. OH MY GOOOOOODDDD I LOVE I LOVEEEEEEEE. and Ahn and Malcolm sooo funny and awesome, and urrrghhh i HATE tom benton 😡

I only watched 20mins but the acting was so fake and forced.

So cute. I hardly say it but I liked this more than the book. Dr. Evil + Dr. Smite ❤️❤️❤️❤️

ur typical rom com plot for the majority, but i like the scientist take. lili and tom both were solid, but the script was just kinda meh. most characters lacked enough depth imo; felt like more could’ve/should’ve been done w the familial ties to cancer & adam’s background in general. loved anh tho & knew she clocked it immediately.

Kinda love how the main man’s a little autistic and awkward. Makes a change from the typical male lead characters. Would have been better as a 6 part series though. We needed more back story for the characters and small indications that the feelings were becoming real.

Read this book in 2022 and gave it a 5 star review. The movies never live up to the books though. Some of dr.evils line delivery was poor at the beginning. The chemistry was there though and it was a fantastic romance movie. Just some book lines don’t translate on screen.

First of all, I haven’t read the book, but the movie is amazing. It’s so beautiful, it’s definitely going to be my new comfort movie. It’s incredible, I honestly don’t even know what to say because I basically devoured it, and I’m sure I’ll watch it a thousand more times because⬇️

The fake-couple-falling-in-love theme has been done repeatedly, but this campus-set romance contains just enough original elements to overcome the predictability.

I absolutely loved this! 🥹❤️ I had such a fun time watching it and really enjoyed watching Olive and Anh’s friendship and seeing how close they are.

There were so many funny moments throughout, especially the awkwardness between Olive and Tom 😂. I loved the little moments between them and watching their relationship slowly develop.

I also really enjoyed the friendship between Olive and Anh. Their friendship felt really genuine, and Anh had me laughing so many times. 😂❤️

I loved getting to know the characters more as the film went on, especially when Olive starts opening up about more personal things. There were some really lovely emotional moments mixed in with all the comedy. 🥹

I also loved seeing Tom making an effort and actually listening to Olive. There were so many little moments that made me smile. ❤️

Overall, it was such a funny, sweet and feel-good film, and I genuinely loved watching it. Definitely one I’m really glad I put on! 🥰❤️

Me ha gustado mucho sobre todo el aura misteriosa de Adam. Tenía mucha química nunca mejor dicho con oli. Me ha encantado es de las mejores pelis de amor que me he visto últimamente. Como empiezan y como se van enamorando me parece muy bueno.

Me ha gustado mucho pero han quitado cosas DEMASIADO importantes del libro que se podrían haber metido perfectamente y personajes que faltan 😔 contenta porque me gusta pero es lo que siempre pasa en adaptaciones que nunca es como el libro

9/10 - enjoyed this a lot more than I expected! It was very comedic at times and the love story was so natural and flowed smoothly. I also really liked the science-y aspect to this movie too

My god do I love a cringy rom com, wattpad esc movie. This is something I curl up in a ball in bed with a coffee turn the lights off and watch with the biggest grin on my face. I couldn’t help but feel like I was watching my friends begin a relationship and that’s really what a real Rom com is all about. I didn’t give it a love because I’m quite particular about what films go in my like a film where I could watch it over and over again without getting bored of it, unfortunately this isn’t one of those but it was still a really good movie

They are so awkward it’s very cute. It’s definitely not like the book but similar and very enjoyable.

Me gustó toda la primera parte de la peli, aún que todo iba mega rápido, pero toda la segunda parte fue como mucho más rápido todo el conflicto y resolucion a las patadas y sin profundidad, al mismo tiempo èl hot pero no conectaba no sentí esa química y cambiaron cosas q tenían
