such a classic.. i remember watching this with my older cousin and my family one night during the holidays and being just filled with wonder. the imagination this movie set off in my brain, it was like rainbows were appearing in my vision. a severely underrated classic!!

They genuinely don’t make them like this no more AHHHHH. So good, loved the story, the symbolism, the deeper meanings, the use of stop motion animation, 2D (I think), AND 3D animation. Ending was bittersweet but it adds to the overrall meaning 10/10 :,)

It's a beautiful movie, the storytelling parts have absolutely stunning visuals and animation. I'm ngl, I came here for a movie retelling of the book and got a bit more than I asked for, not entirely in a negative way, but I found myself a little bored.
