I’m a 100% serious when I say that this is in my top 5 movies. The music?!? Man, don’t even get me started. Hans Zimmer created magic with this soundtrack. Especially during the scene where Simba runs from the stampede. Disney planned just that scene for 1 year, and it shows <3

absolute most favorite movie as a kid :( i still love it so much. everything about it is perfect and the soundtrack is amazing. scar is my fav villain too

easily a top tier disney - so much insane music and an age-old story that speaks volumes on the nature of humanity despite being a child’s story abt lions that can talk - the magic of this movie was truly lightning in a bottle that i don’t think disney has caught since tbh - need this animation style back
