I’m a 100% serious when I say that this is in my top 5 movies. The music?!? Man, don’t even get me started. Hans Zimmer created magic with this soundtrack. Especially during the scene where Simba runs from the stampede. Disney planned just that scene for 1 year, and it shows <3

absolute most favorite movie as a kid :( i still love it so much. everything about it is perfect and the soundtrack is amazing. scar is my fav villain too

I'm not a fan of this movie; I've never liked it since I was a child

sometimes the chosen one is really the chosen one regardless of nepotism or not. i know a lot of kids that didn’t have a father or lost their father hurt while watching the death scene. even if you can’t relate at all it’s a scene that universally punches everyone in the gut
