EVERYTHING IS AWESOMEEEEEE

I can't believe this is almost 11 years old. 'The Lego Movie' is such a perfect title. Remove 'Lego' and it's multiversal movie mayhem, remove 'movie' and it's some of the best Lego advertising I've ever seen. 'Everything is awesome' felt like my brain was masterbuilding, I could sit for hours watching the colours, animation, designs, and creativity. Not to mention the music, sounds, and voice acting. The comedy was constant, almost like someone scribbled a smiley face with a marker onto me. One of the few memories I have of me as a child was watching Lego in 4D and I don't think I'll ever forget it. Iconic references, heartwarming plot twists, and writing/dialogue that keeps adults on their toes.

If I have to hear that song again I swear. You know which song.

It’s the best possible ad for Legos that the company could have ever hoped for, and it achieves that by embedding in its very concept the kind of play that has kept both kids and adults playing with Legos for years.

i saw this in theaters and thought it was great but rewatching it, some parts felt a little slow, but overall its a pretty good movie.

my brother was 2 when it came out so he obviously didnt see it then, but he said he really likes it.

Everything about this film is awesome!

One of the few animated movies to pack a punch of great animation humour and feeling. It’s beautifully animated it’s an incredibly fun watch. It has some peak humour moments not to mention it has a phenomenal end message that being that everyone is capable of great things. 9.3/10
