Watch this with The Haunting from 1963. this is a little more melodrama but it's wonderfully shot, the close-ups are so claustrophobic and Roddie McDowell is always lovely anytime he's on camera. I can't stress this enough, Roddy McDowell doesn't get the street cred he deserves.

I saw this a long ass time ago, and I was hoping I'd like it a lot more. It's good, but it just isn't interesting. Something about this doesn't match up to, say, the original The Haunting. I will say the biggest praise I can give is I love the atmosphere!

This was such a great watch!! Kept me hooked the entire time. I always love older movies, there’s so much more plot and detail than in modern movies. It’s one of those movies I’ll be watching again!! 8/10

Macabre cinematic perfection, staring one of my favorite actors. An equally chilling soundtrack. 👻
