The Last Voyage of the Demeter

This movie was badass.
Pros:

6.2 - decent but could have been great. Awesome set up, cool moments, well-designed & effective sets, & cool creature design. Terrible pace, uneven writing. Felt reminiscent of old school monster movies but with something significant missing.

Consistently creepy yet rarely terrifying, this flat spinoff doesn’t make any meaningful additions to the mythology of the source material. There’s a brief novelty to the bloody spectacle but this supposed final voyage feels considerably thin by its end.

This was so good and I feel like it went under the radar when it was released. Good action and scares. I liked that it was telling a part in the Dracula story that isn’t usually shown in films/TV.

Creature design is good, but to anyone familiar with Dracula, with regard to the plot, there’s no stakes (pardon the pun) as it’s a foregone conclusion.
