this movie surpassed any expectations i had. what a story, what a film

7.9 - a soul crushing story that makes for a really tough watch at times. Acting, sets, costumes, music were all solid. What may have amazed me most was all the truth that was cut because it wouldn’t have been believable.

The amount of mental and physical pain I just felt, I'm suing you, Sean Durkin.
I absolutely think this is the best sports movie to date. I went in expecting a generic sports movie like 'Ali' (2001). Well, it's none of that. The fights were done amazingly, the pace was perfect, the soundtrack/score was beautiful, and the cinematography and editing was outstanding. The acting was genuinely jaw-dropping from everyone. The message was anything but generic. I could talk about it for days upon days. You couldn't even bodyslam a 'negative' out of me.

After rewatch the movie was even better. The acting from Zac Efren is phenomenal and the cinematography is beautiful. It’s tragic but the connection between brothers is amazing. You feel all the emotions that Kevin does and just left staring at the screen in the end. 8.5/10

10/10 such a sad film. The acting was amazing Zac deserves huge recognition for this role. Bless the family and everything they been through.

This movie was so bittersweet to me, they all loved each other through brotherhood but also lost each other. My favorite was the hug in the afterlife.
Caught myself zoning out during this movie cause I was so hurt.
