very underrated disney movie. the animation is gorgeous and hellfire is one of the best disney songs to exist. more serious and dark than other disney movies, but i think that’s what makes it so good. maybe not the most cultural accurate, but still a solid, entertaining watch.

For nearly 23 years, this masterpiece eluded me. I’ve seen nearly every other Disney animated film you could name, but this one—this towering work of art—remained unseen. Until now.

And now that I’ve finally witnessed it, I am in awe. I cannot believe it took me this long. This film isn’t just entertainment—it’s a bold, unapologetic symphony of religious overtones and the raw force of sexual desire. The fear it conjured in me through its haunting, genocidal imagery was glorious. Unnerving, yet exhilarating.

How could Disney bury something so powerful? So daring? So profoundly adult beneath its animated surface?

WE NEED 2D ANIMATION TO RETURN. Not just for nostalgia—but to resurrect this kind of storytelling. To remind the world what animation can be.

Story is decent but I don’t like the mix of attempted 3d rendering and 2d animation. Some scenes really threw me off.
