didn't read the book, so didn't know what this was about other than my own guess. the first half of the movie was exactly the cliche that i thought it would be until TWIST. unexpected and i liked! better than i thought it would be

2/10 maybe I need to to rewatch but this one just did not hit. The acting felt stale from everyone except Nina and the pacing was all over the place.

Surprisingly great thriller mystery. Kept me on the edge of my seat the entire movie and all three main actors/actresses did a great job portraying their characters. Sweeney and Skelnar had great chemistry. Ending was tough to predict and didn’t disappoint. 8.0/10

Sydney Sweeney needs to learn how to sound like a normal human

I really don't understand the point behind turning topics as serious as this into trivialised money-making gimmicks. There's no way real-life advocates genuinely like or even support this movie. Speaking of advocates, the irony of 'Scooter-riding' Sweeney being given this role... I mean, it's definitely 'acting'. Seyfried and Sklenar were both unexpectedly impressive, and had the narrative remained grounded, I would have said the same of the plot. Weak depth and skimmed pacing. As much as I look forward to a Feig project, I think this flick mostly suffers because of him.

Slow burn and then hits you with a WTF….then another WTF…and another. I audibly gasped a few times along with the whole theater (which was cool). It doesn’t take itself too seriously, which made it more fun. Amanda Seyfried is excellent. If you’re into this sort of film, this is a fun one!

Brandon Sklenar killed the role, Amanda Seyfried good as usual, Sydney Sweeney was in it because they needed an attractive actress who’d get naked 😂

Her acting is so monotone

i was skeptical, but there r truly so many twists and turns in this story, it had me on the edge of my literal seat the entire time. amanda and brandon were sooo good in this, but other casting fell short. i wish we got a bit more about the mother, though what can be inferred with what we have is unsettling nonetheless. candidly, the ending is 10/10. millie embracing her character with a newfound motivation and perseverance is chefs kiss. i wish they had gotten an actress who can show emotion to play her😔overall, i do hope there’s a sequel. 8/10
