Doesn’t even compare to the book - but for a romcom it wasn’t bad.
Chemistry between the characters was cute, there’s just something about American hallmark/romcoms that feels so artificial and setlike.
ALSO THIS MAN NEEDS TO INVEST IN LIGHTS, WHO LIVES IN DARKNESS LIKE THAT 🌚

I honestly didn’t care that some many people thought the movie was bad cause it had me giggling and kicking my feet. Though tension is my favorite I still like it though I wish Josh was more moody but it’s alright. Definitely gonna watch it again in the future.

This is another one of my guilty pleasure movies. Loved both the book and the movie

This is a perfect scenario of a hate love relationship. I’m about to finish the book icebreaker and kinda along the same lines of them not liking each other and becoming lovers. HIGHLY recommend for the hopeless romantics out there!!

I wanted to love this movie because I adore the enemies to lovers trope and I heard that the book was good, but the film was just mediocre. The main problem was the chemistry between the main leads. Lucy Hale was giving it all she got, but the male lead was just not up to par.

I love a romcom (esp after reading the book) but this didn’t have to have substance. Watch if you love all the cliches (even the ‘only one bed left trope).

If I took a shot every time I cringed, I never would have past the 15 minute mark on this movie

ugh. such a classic enemies to lovers trope. i haven’t read the book yet (i know i’m sorry). but it did live up to the hype. i love when it’s coworkers competing for the same soot. such a fun watch and will definitely watch again. overall, i give it a 8/10!

Liked it better then the book

Absolutely in love with this movie. Love how it started off with them hating each other and then ended up loving each other. You feel quite a lot of different emotions in this movie and cannot get enough of it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone as i watched it a lot

I really liked this... however... the ending wasn't my cup of tea, it just felt very unnecessary, like wdym you purposely made her misunderstand you so she could have a fire to win... like no... just communicate... but i liked the rest of the movie 9/10
