It was **free**, and I didn’t hate it so much that I’m seeking revenge on whoever recommended it. I wouldn’t recommend you pay to watch it, but if you stumble upon it in the vast wasteland of free streaming content? Sure. Watch it. Laugh. Question your life choices. I did. But it *was* 90 minutes where I wasn’t cleaning my house or doing taxes, so... there’s that. The plot? Oh, it’s there. Somewhere. Probably hiding with the actual *scares*. You’ve got a spooky hangman legend—who apparently moonlights as an awkward stalker with a pension for leaving cryptic notes that are *not* nearly as threatening as he thinks. By the third time a character read a note out loud, I half expected them to shrug and say, "Eh, I've had scarier text messages from my dentist." If you’re into jump scares that barely clear the “mildly startled at best” category, then *boy*, this film has you covered. Final thoughts? It’s like ordering the cheapest pizza on the menu: you know it’s not great, but it still technically counts as food.

honestly? not THAT bad but it really got confusing at the end and I was bored

I think this is the first movie I started feeling tired and thought I would fall asleep during.
