Coming of age romantic story. Personally think even though it pretends to be mostly romance it's much more about coming of age - discovering yourself and developing your strength (with or without the love aspect). On of the few good serious high school movies

This movie was so freaking cute omgggg

10/10 - whenever I don’t know what to watch i rewatch this movie. it shows a lot of important topics and it kind of ends on a cliffhanger, which honestly fits the movie perfectly. its such a vibe and i think everyone should watch it during the fall/winter.

i really like this movie- really good story- told well
like the color grading and stuff too

ugh sapphic yearning hurts the way she described her in that one scene ahhhh

It’s funny that in every Cyrano de Bergerac adaptation, the relationship I’m most invested in is between the “Cyrano” and “Christian” characters. Ellie and Paul are no different, and are maybe the best! Lewis and Diemer brought to life a really beautiful friendship on screen!

It was meant to feel more existential than it came off and the love interest was uninteresting. The best relationship was the 2 leads, Paul and Ellie, as their friendship felt very natural. Him thinking the very obvious lesbian was into him was eh… but he bounced back.
