god i love this movie. so beautiful. i cried at the end just cuz it was so heartwarming. i had forgotten it was based on a true story until the end, which only made me tear up more.

just seemed like racism for dummies and definitely sugar coated it

There is so much us Americans don’t know about US history. It is so important to learn about topics about history, ESPECIALLY Black history, to continue to combat racial inequity. Beautifully done
