Nothing but dull, boring, pro-war, right-wing crap. Seems more like an angry political statement than a film. Fuck John Wayne!

John Wayne does yet another “America is the greatest and damn the rest” installment for his resume. This is one of those “check your brain at the door” movies that won’t allow you to question the moral of the story.

This might be proof that films about Vietnam are superior than ww2. Also of course this film was gonna be great when it’s directed and also starring the legend John Wayne.

Decent Vietnam war movie with John Wayne. It was a bit slow but still alright.

I don’t care what Rotten Tomatoes or the critics say: The Green Beret doesn’t take a side of whether Vietnam was just or not, it depicts the complexities of the war in Vietnam as not as black & white as some would like us all to believe. An excellent movie.
