This feels like a mix between the raid and taken, which is a brutal combo. The action is definitely nothing like I’ve ever really seen before. The choreography to the fights is really something else, almost feeling bizarre to the point where it’s hard to describe. It’s a sick action movie, and the story is probably better than you might expect too.

Same people, same level of brutality, same level of impressive action, what is not to love here? Where this manages to exceed beyond previous films of this genre is in the ridiculous story. It’s hilarious in the best possible ways, just two literal superheroes fighting against two comically evil for the sake of plot straight villains. Really enjoyed the child actors and their subplot, the CTE tank of a character that is just brilliant, and the sequence on the truck. Even with the censorship it unfortunately suffered to achieve an R rating this is perfection. Pardon my French but this film goes batshit in the 3rd act and it’s just incredible, yeah this was a lot of fun. If this film could speak it’d say ACAB. 5/5

Another banger to add to the martial arts genre. It's Taken, meets the raid with a splash of oldboy. I must say Joe Taslim is officially a certified action star at this point. The guy is the total package. Amazing fights backed up by stellar stunt work. Simple but oozing passion.

Holy balls! Definition of an action movie. This puts out all the stops. Such a different type of action movie. I feel nowadays action can become a bit generic but the furious does so much! Firstly I think the characters are really well made, having interesting stories…

it’s good. worth a watch. go see it if you like action. there are things I’ve never seen before and probably never will in this shit, good and bad.

with that said, I wish I was able to just enjoy the whole thing and turn my brain off, but it gets to a point where they put these characters in situations that are so insanely unrealistic and they could just not put them in that situation. it doesn’t add anything to the movie at all, just makes me angry and appreciate anything thats actually good less, knowing the cost is just terribly unrealistic things.

I also just prefer more simple stories and this is the opposite of that. turns into the daredevil born again finale at some point when I was hoping for more of a dude fighting other dudes

This film was pure action and martial arts excellence. The story and the characters were great as well. The fighting choreography was outstanding.

Amazing action movie, non stop kung fu/wing chun badassery. Some of the best and most entertaining combat scenes out of anything not named John Wick. If you like Bruce Lee movies or John Wick, this is your jam.

Likable lead and some decent action here and there but some of the fights were way overdone, stretched out, and overly “dance” choreographed with most blows dealing zero damage. 5.2/10 hammers to the frickin head

Definitely action-packed, I was hooked the first 15 mins of the movie. Some of the fighting scene did drag tho like cmon on ain’t nowhere near realistic lol but overall good movie.

HOOOOOLY FUCK!!! Easily a top 5 action movie of all time anytime I think about it. Nonstop creative choreography that has set a new personal bar for hand to hand combat, a feat I didn’t think was possible. It still doesn’t seem real anytime I watch back some clips from this one…

Its non stop action and fighting, it felt like I was watching a watered down Madness Combat, not really any gore except for when the two evil dudes are killing people, mostly just hand to hand combat

This move is just wow the fighting is so smoove and the story is so good some super sad deaths but holy was the movie good
