The tv show reboot is better

Maybe since I watched the recent Netflix remake but I feel like I didn’t get to really know characters like the remake. I wished the ex wife was in it more like the show as added more of a pull between characters and later to friendships. New girl was kinda just there

I watched this after seeing the Netflix series, and I definitely prefer this better I like that all of the characters still had moments of happiness even in their weird situation and at the end of the night, they still love each other

It’s kinda slow at times, but this is a really great and interesting film.

i very much like that this is the first piece of media i’ve seen starring Alan Alda that wasn’t M*A*S*H. i grew up watching M*A*S*H. i always considered myself as having a cardinal rule of not watching anything else with the main cast that wasn’t M*A*S*H, but i’m glad i broke this rule for this movie. i will say, however, them giving nick a hard time about having a baby at 43 when my mom was 43 when she had me strikes a really sour cord, but that’s just a me thing i guess.

Very dated, but still holds its own. Good cast, nice locations, but the new series is a good update.

I watched this as a young teenager in the 80’s and it introduced me to Vivaldi. Looking back I’m quite impressed a 14 year old me watched it. I think my parents were splitting around then so maybe that’s why.
