It’s alr. Wish they used the n word less. Embodiment of “before you think the government wouldn’t do that, oh yes they would.” Anyway it’s the worst of the film series. Meh.

Best one by far. Immaculate soundtrack and score and amazing talent, I’d watch this over any of the others any day.

best of the franchise so far! it’s very unsurprising to learn that the concept of the purge was fucked and rigged from the start.

im always a fan of community being shown in movies and the community in this film was awesome. i simply cant resist giving at least a 4 star rating.

“The First Purge” offers a great opportunity to set up the rest of the franchise, which let’s be honest, isn’t great. However, I do think this is one of the best. Good political undertones and emotion. It still struggles from being simplistic and clichéd.
