I haven’t seen this movie and I don’t think I ever will bc it seems like trash and Oscar bait

damn that was good casting

jessica chastain 110% deserved her oscar. oh man this was a fantastic portrayal of a very compelling character and story. didn’t think i would enjoy a movie centered on religious people- boy was i wrong. everything handled incredibly well, and i even felt empathy for them.

Good interesting watch. About corrupt religious tv preachers. Really good acting and it’s cool that it’s real

I would say this was an interesting movie (as someone who knows nothing abt who these people are), but the movie def started dragging its feet at the end… the “downfall” didn’t feel like a dramatic fall from grace as it should have
