Not bad... would've been better if the Devil showed up halfway through to challenge Meryl Streep to a fiddling competition for her soul, only to find that she doesn't have one so instead they compete for her favorite Prada bag.

If I wanted to watch someone get berated for 2 hours I’d go home to my parents

I get that Andy had “character development” but that outfit she wore in the beginning was atrocious. Nine year old me wouldn’t even let her Barbie with the three stab wounds and a crater t*tty put that on.

Most of the people in this movie (especially Andy’s “friends”) are terrible. I’d have told them all to go pound sand and stuck out the few extra months.

a fashion classic!! I love how it shows the brutality of the fashion industry but also how important it can be sometimes. the reality of the protagonist's life disaster when she's great at the job shows an interesting side of mental stability at work and social life. love this!

i really love this plot it's so simple but it works

let’s be honest here, this movie is not as good as it seems at first look. It was so boring and had to meaning. I felt like there weren’t many relatable bits and that there was nothing funny. So to be honest I wouldn’t recommend this movie to anyone and I wouldn’t watch it again

As much as I love New york's aesthetics, it's probably a nightmare to live in, especially after all of these movies about it.

I felt like I was missing something with this movie. I’ve never heard a bad word about it, but boy was it hard to finish. If it wasn’t for my friends watching it with me I probably wouldn’t have made it to the (terrible) ending.

What a blessing it is to be alive at the same time as Anne Hathaway.
Hadn’t seen this movie in 17 years, completely forgot that the boss just sucks the entire time. Truly never has a single redeeming moment.

8/10 Surprisingly enjoyable. Well casted with both Streep (subtle) and Hatherway on point. Liked to story and cool vibe. Recommend.
