This is a very mediocre movie, and a bad sign-off for Alan J. Pakula (who died a year later in 1998 from a car crash). Listen to Brad Pitt's awful accent for a few moments and you'll get a clear idea that this film is going nowhere.

i enjoyed it, the british doesn’t exist, and brad pitt looked mighty fine in this one :D

it was a slow story but an okay one. wish the ending was different but oh well
brad pitts accent alone takes on a whole new story though lol 🤣😭

Really enjoyed this one

Kind of a slog to get through. I wanted to like it since I like the actors, but I would never watch it again.

6/10 American Irish NY Cop takes in a lodger unaware his an IRA soldier. Both likeable characters. Well casted but this film missed a little something…… although still worth a watch.

Pretty good film, I don’t understand the hate or why it got the reviews it did.

The cast is also stacked.

Pitt’s Irish accent was not bad either, and Harrison Ford is just always cool.

Now this is a real movie, awesome!

I don’t get why a lot of people hate this, it’s slow sure. And Brad Pitt can’t do an Irish accent sometimes but it’s fine because it comes off as funny. This movie had a lot of fun parts though, and a lot of bagpipes. So many bagpipes.

Très bon film avec un superbe duo d’acteur qui nous replonge dans une guerre civil qui a fini il y a peu entre revanche, patriotisme, amitié et service et action!

It was a good thriller and it was really cool to see Harrison Ford and Brad Pitt in the same picture.

They had the cast, but dropped the ball. Very slow movie with an anticlimactic ending. It doesn’t feel like a lot happens, and the relationship between Harrison Ford and Brad Pitt should’ve been built up more.
