A terrifying possible account of all out thermo nuclear war. Even by 1983 standards, the detonation(s) scene is traumatic to watch and the overall portrayal of post nuclear war survival is a harrowing warning of what is still possible today. Horrific!

There’s no film quite as horrifying and tragic. I can’t imagine the terror that watching this during the Cold War would induce. Gotta love fallout.
