6.5 - It does very little to stand out as great in the now way too crowded disaster and zombie horror sub-genres. But it does it’s job with a simple plot, some creative and gory kills, a bit of real tension and maybe the most *realistic* ending to a “zombie” story.

I have not seen the Original before seeing this movie but I can tell this is a very good Remake. Things get wild and of course CRAZY!

Alright for a one time watch.

when it comes to virus type movies I’m very picky but this one had me on the edge of my seat love the kills and just the overall gore, it really set the tone for the overall movie. i need to watch the original considering it’s directed by George A. Romero

This movie was better than I thought it was gonna be. The kills and dead bodies everywhere. Each body having a different look. Becca death was insane was expecting that.

Just when you think they’re finally getting somewhere, nah, something else happens. A bit plot armor heavy but that’s ok because it was better than I expected.

I went to the theaters with my dad to watch this when it released. I remember really liking it then and upon rewatching years later, I can easily say that I love this movie. Good story, good acting, and good gore.

this movie is a ton of fun and the premise is really cool but i think the ending fell a little bit flat - cool acting and the suspense was well designed

it was just an okay horror movie. Timothy Olyphant plays a cop who basically fights the whole town.

sorry i cried when that old lady was looking for her son asking the dead bodies if they'd seen him🥲

i think the premise was super cool and the story was good at some points but it just didn't grip me and was confusing at some points

Finally watched, as a kid my sister and I tried to watch my parents watching from our pillars updstairs, pretty decent zombie style movie

Boring 🤷‍♀️ that’s all I have to say about this movie

I looove Timothy Olyphant but this sucked, even by the standards of 15 years ago.
