The Conjuring

The Conjuring goes back to basics and manages to make something much more effective out of its formulaic story. The use of tension, atmosphere and suggestion prove that the scariest thing to audience has nothing to do with what you see, but what you don’t.

One of the best horror movies in my opinion. Used amazing practical effects throughout the entirety of the film and had great actors….except Joey King🤢

probably seen this movie 200,000,000 times, i could recite it. strange comfort movie, but it’s one of mine!

Recently rewatched all the films to prep for the last two as I hadn’t see them. These are good paranormal horror films, based on true events, which gives me chills.

Used to watch horror often enough, I’d laugh. These were the only ones that could still bring the spook. Today, I don’t watch horror.
