I like the Victorious episode better.

this movie is overrated like come ON now. boring. cliche. not funny. annoying characters.

this movie is not what i thought it was gonna be but i still enjoyed it!! john pissed me off so bad tho like.. obv im not invalidating him but the way he used his boohoo sob story as an excuse to insult other people was sooo fucckingg annoyyinggg Anyway #saveclaire 🤷‍♀️

Going from 5 random high school students, all from different cliques, to “friends” over the course of this movie makes it 100% worth the watch. Everyone has their part to play. Absolute classic I’d recommend to anyone.

this movie’s high praise hinges completely on nostalgia and lacks the nuance that is imperative in portraying an interesting coming of age film. it heavily relies on the stereotypes first introduced and does not do anything to imply that the characters could end up bonding

it’s literally a bunch of teenagers in detention they all share their sob life story and how there traumatized and have so many issues in life so they conform to the societal high school norms, cuz they can’t truly be themselves.😭 and it’s a pretty old movie.

This is a must watch coming of age film. The heavy hitting themes keep the film relevant. The script is great despite some language being out of date, the performances are nuanced and captivating and there is a great soundtrack. 10/10

All of you old heads love to dickride this movie, actually so overrated it's insane. “But it's all these different characters connecting somehow” yeah they're traumabonding. Only good thing about this movie are the iconic scenes. John Hughes glaze is insane

THIS WAS SO BORING

Idk… it just wasn’t too good. A classic, yes, but cliche asf I read a book exactly like this and it just doesn’t feel original with the jock, princess, weirdo, nerd and stoner in detention together and bonding over how shitty their life’s are.

God I love this film so damn much. The way this movie shows the collision of 5 different worlds is just awesome. In this scene when they all talked about being friends on Monday, I was literally sobbing. All of those characters are SO real and relatable. It's mine new favourite.

The concept of all different types of people from all walks of life being able to bond through detention is such a fun concept

i thought the idea was cool but the way blatant sexual assault was considered a joke and then she gets with the guy who assaulted her was bs

the way this would never happen today

Great movie with the brat pack

would be a 10/10 movie but I don’t think Allison should’ve changed how she looked for someone to like her.
