Would definitely recommend watching, especially if you’ve recently read/watched anything about Brandon. Very informative and very tragic to think of what happened to them.

Horrible story, crazy to think it’s true

The amount of times everyone misgendered Brandon in this made me so sad. He can’t even rest in peace as his true self. The cop that interrogated him was horrible and honestly all his “friends” were also so homophobic. This documentary is truly a sight into the 90s & bigotry.

As a young trans man myself, I feel like this does a good job with showing who Brandan really was as a person. He was a kind and outgoing person and all he wanted was for people to let him live. It’s horrible how he died and how he was treated when he reported his rape.
