I may not understand much about this movie but i do know one thing.

Honestly don’t get the hype behind it. I’m usually open to watching and understanding anything but I don’t get this movie. It’s funny in some scenes, but majority of the movie is extremely slow paced and sluggish. Plot is overdone and imo doesn’t make much sense. Not the worst

Dude this was some funny stuff. Story wasn’t linear which helped with the chaotic nature of the film. Mostly just Bridges and Goodman shooting the shit which was fantastic. So many great quotes and one-liners here. The bowling alley scenes were great and I hope they made the finals after all that. Also Jullianne Moore looked great.

What can you even say about this that hasn’t already been said hundreds of times. It’s a genius, hilarious, totally ridiculous script and everyone on screen is naturally the funniest people alive. Every single line flows with a level of organic rhythm in a way that only masters of their craft could perform. It’s a little goofy, it’s a little crude, but it’s undeniably a classic that has aged like the finest of kahlua. 4.5/5
